Flair Private Limited is looking for an Administrative & Sales Coordinator to support daily business operations, client communication, and meeting coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong written and spoken English skills, be highly organized, and be proactive in managing administrative tasks while assisting the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Communication & Follow-ups: Draft and send emails, respond to inquiries, and maintain client records with a professional approach.
  • Meeting & Schedule Management: Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, maintain databases, and assist in business operations.
  • Proposal & Documentation Assistance: Support in preparing and submitting business proposals, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Marketing & Sales Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
