Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing end to end strategic programs from conceptualization to execution. This person must not only be capable of recognizing organizational needs but be able to plan, achieve buy-in and execute those projects. This is a dynamic, highly personal aspect of the role that requires a strong EQ and ability to use teamwork to drive results.

Primary Responsibilities Will Be
 

  • Manage all aspects of general office coordination.
  • Daily communications and collaboration within local support team.
  • Support Operation Lead in Administrative, Logistical, and organizational needs.
  • Maintain Organization efficiency and inventory of the office.
  • As an Administrative person, need to be first point of contact for local office support.
  • Support in vendor relationships and procurement for local office.
  • Collaboration with People team and Finance to support Operation lead.
  • Handle Expenses for Executive Stakeholders (when needed).
  • Logistical support for local operational initiatives, events, and programs.
  • Maintaining accurate and meaningful workflow procedures.
