Administrative Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a talented Shopify Expert to join our dynamic team and help elevate our e-commerce presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, as well as two additional websites, to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:Manage three websites, including our primary Shopify store, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.

Customization: Implement custom themes and features to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of each website.

Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all three websites, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates, load times, and overall user experience.

Integration: Integrate third-party apps, tools, and services across all websites to streamline operations and enhance capabilities.

Troubleshooting: Resolve any technical issues related to the Shopify platform and ensure smooth operation of all three websites.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall brand goals and promotional campaigns.

Content Management: Oversee product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date across all websites.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Shopify Expert or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful Shopify store implementations.

In-depth knowledge of Shopify’s platform, including its themes, apps, and functionalities.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating language.

Experience with Shopify’s APIs and third-party integrations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
