Description:

Renergy & Hverse are seeking an Admin Officer to manage office administration, HR support, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation.

HR & Support Functions:

  • Assist in HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support internal communication between departments.

Coordination & Organization:

  • Organize meetings, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or HR support.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
