We are seeking a skilled Admin and MMD personnel to provide administrative support & taking care of a correct and clearly arranged billing of the provided services by Store & Billing departments
Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
- Ensuring Store is stocked with necessary inventory and all stock is properly maintained.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment,
- Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.
- Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard.
- Verify all the last day activity(In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
- Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.
- Strong coordination with Head office & user departments.
- Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock.
- Daily Cash & Sales reconciliation.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing & sharing of information using filing systems (Employee & Training Record) related to HR.
- Any other duty assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Quick learner of new software
- Strong organization skills and a problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Pleasant Personality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
