Admin & Hr Assistant

 

Description:

As an HR and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of HR and administrative tasks. This dual role will offer you hands-on experience in both human resources and administrative functions, allowing you to grow your skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

•⁠ ⁠Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

•⁠ ⁠Handle employee records, attendance management, and leave tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative services.

•⁠ ⁠Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

•⁠ ⁠Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

•⁠ ⁠Perform any other tasks as assigned by the HR and Administration Manager.

 

Requirements:

 

•⁠ ⁠Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
