Description:
As an HR and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of HR and administrative tasks. This dual role will offer you hands-on experience in both human resources and administrative functions, allowing you to grow your skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Handle employee records, attendance management, and leave tracking.
• Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative services.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the HR and Administration Manager.
Requirements:
• Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
