Admin Coordinator

 

Description:

The Admin Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Tuitional Education’s tutoring segment. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks related to tutor onboarding, scheduling, student communications, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Tutor Coordination:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new tutors, ensuring all required documentation and profile information is completed.
  • Communicate with tutors about scheduling, lesson updates, and platform guidelines.
  • Handle administrative queries from tutors and support them with platform-related issues.

Scheduling and Logistics:

  • Manage and update the tutoring schedule, ensuring optimal tutor availability for student sessions.
  • Coordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts or adjustments between tutors and students.
  • Ensure timely communication of any changes to both tutors and students.

Student Support:

  • Respond to student inquiries and concerns regarding tutor availability, scheduling, and other service-related issues.
  • Track feedback from students regarding their tutoring experiences and work with the team to address any concerns.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of tutor and student interactions, schedules, and progress.
  • Assist with generating reports on tutor performance and lesson completion.
  • Manage database updates to reflect any changes in tutor profiles or student requirements.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify areas where administrative processes can be improved and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources for tutors to enhance their onboarding and use of the platform.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless tutoring experience for both students and tutors.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed for project management, planning, and execution of tutoring programs.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).

 

Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within the education or tutoring sector.
  • Experience in managing schedules and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management is an advantage.

 

Skills:

 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with tutors, students, and the internal team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
