Admin And Finance Executive

 

Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Admin and Finance Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee accounting functions, handle payroll, and manage tax requirements, helping us maintain financial efficiency while contributing to administrative support. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the tech industry. Preference is given to those with ACCA qualifications, though a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (minimum 16 years of education) is also welcome.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle payroll calculations and disbursements.
  • Coordinate tax-related activities and meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Prepare clear and concise financial reports.
  • Provide insights on financial performance.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to finance, you’ll play a role in administrative support to streamline office operations. This includes managing office supplies, handling equipment needs, and coordinating events and meetings. We value versatility and seek someone ready to contribute to our overall efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the tech sector.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard practices in finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
