Job Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Admin and Account Coordinator in the Multan region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and accounting operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
Maintain and update financial records and reports.
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth communication.
Perform data entry and reporting tasks using MS Excel.
Requirements:
Minimum education: FA/BA or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts.
Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Local candidates from Multan are highly preferred.
