We need an Ad Specialist! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
As an Ad Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding and optimizing our paid advertising efforts across both Google and Facebook platforms. You will oversee a team of Account Managers, ensuring that all campaigns meet the highest standards, drive results, and align with client objectives. We are looking for a seasoned expert who can seamlessly identify optimization opportunities, implement solutions, and lead strategic decisions. This role requires a professional who is not only an authority on both Google and Facebook Ads but also possesses the leadership skills to mentor, guide, and elevate the performance of the entire ads team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the Account Managers for Google and Facebook Ads, conducting regular audits of their work, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will ensure each team member is equipped to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Advanced Campaign Auditing and Optimization: Conduct detailed audits across both Google and Facebook Ads campaigns, identifying issues and implementing changes to enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Quickly diagnose challenges and provide actionable solutions to elevate campaign results.
- Cross-Platform Strategy and Optimization: Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Google and Facebook ad campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Facebook’s suite of ad placements. Align all campaigns with client objectives to drive measurable impact and conversion.
- Reporting and Insights Delivery: Regularly prepare comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations. Communicate results clearly and collaborate with clients and senior leadership to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Trend Monitoring and Implementation: Stay up-to-date on Google and Facebook Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends. Integrate new strategies and features proactively to maintain a competitive edge and ensure compliance with all ad policies.
Must Have:
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing Google and Facebook ad campaigns, with a track record of managing large monthly budgets (exceeding $100,000).
- Deep expertise across all Google and Facebook ad types, including Search, Shopping, PMAX, Display, YouTube, and Facebook ad formats.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of ad specialists, with a focus on driving results and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback.
- Self-sufficient and proactive, able to manage and resolve complex challenges independently
