Accounts Payable Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Finance BPO team in the Account Payable Department, working night shift in alignment of US time zone.

Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the accounts payable process
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, enrolled in Masters or ACCA
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable management preferably in BPO.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, US GAAP knowledge is plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
