Accounts Manager

Description:

Petco Plastic Industry is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Entries: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly entries in ERP systems.

Payroll: Oversee and process payroll.

Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements, including manufacturing accounts and other reports as needed.

Invoice Management: Handle invoice aging, receivables, and payables.

Reconciliation & Compliance: Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards, sales tax, and government regulations.

ERP & Software: Utilize ERP systems; experience with Ledgermax Software or similar is beneficial.

Inventory Valuation: Manage and report on inventory valuation.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or PET plastic industry.

Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, ERP proficiency, and Excel expertise.

Knowledge: Familiarity with sales tax matters and government regulations.
