Accounts & Finance Executive

Description:

Raaziq is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage a wide array of finance-related tasks for its distribution and warehousing clients. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, timely invoice preparation, and efficient coordination between distributors and e-tailors.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and reconciliation, especially within the e-commerce or distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly inventory reconciliation and verification with distribution and warehousing clients.

• Resolve discrepancies with customers and generate accurate invoices.

• Process payments to distributors on behalf of retailers.

• Reconcile account balances with retailers and customers.

• Prepare debtor and supplier ageing reports.

• Finalize sales tax data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Conduct daily stock reconciliations and support month-end closings.

• Assist internal and external auditors during annual audits.

• Prepare accurate bank reconciliation statements.

• Effectively use ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.

• Coordinate with retailers to recover payments within due dates.

• Serve as a liaison between distributors and e-tailers for commercial and financial matters.

• Leverage understanding of e-commerce/distribution operations to improve financial processes.

• Proficiently use MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, M.Com, MBA (Finance), ACCA Finalist, or CMA Finalist.
