Accounts Executive

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounts skills, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to complete tasks on time, go and getter approach in order to meet the assigned jobs for their role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.

• Perform bank reconciliations and track cash flows.

• Maintain and update financial records in the accounting software.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Prepare tax-related documents and assist with tax filings.

 

Qualifications

  • Acca, Acca Finalist or Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ODDO, Tally).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
