Experience: Weaving Costing

Responsibilities:
• Preparing and analyzing process wise efficiency and wastage reports on daily basis.
• Finalization of job order wise profit and loss as well as analysis of pre & post cost variance.
• Analysis and finalization of monthly factory overheads.
• Finalization of monthly waste generation and yield analysisreports.
• Evaluate and monitor manufacturing process to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize operational expenses.
•Review and analyze financial statement to understand cost trends to make recommendation for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency.
