Accounting Manager

Petco Plastic Industry is an established manufacturer of PET bottles and jars, committed to quality and innovation in the plastic manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Manager to join our team and support our growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee accounting and financial operations, including inventory costing within the ERP system.

- Perform monthly accrual entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage payroll creation in the ERP system.

- Reconcile bank accounts and accounts receivable/payable to ensure accuracy.

- Generate and analyze financial statements and reports.

- Implement and maintain effective ERP systems, with a focus on Ledgermax or similar BMS software.

- Support inventory valuation and cost management processes.

Qualifications:

- Mid to senior-level accountant with specialised experience in cost and financial accounting.

- Proven experience in manufacturing industries, particularly in plastic manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Ledgermax or BMS software.

- Strong understanding of inventory costing, financial reporting, and accrual accounting.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial functions efficiently.
