Description:

Newly started accounting and financial consultancy services is looking for dedicated and talented Accounting Analyst for full time role.

Responsibilities

Maintain financial records (bookkeeping) using various software (Xero, Quickbooks, or Odoo etc)
Analyse financial data using different analysis tools and techniques
Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Plan, assign, and review staff's work
Support month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Any other task as assigned 

Education & Experience

ACCA Affiliate/Part qualified, MBA (Finance), ICMA, CA finalist
Minimum 1 year experience in a reputable organization in a similar role

Skills & traits

Expertise in Accounting software, Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets are preferable
Basic knowledge of tax laws are preferable
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues
Proactive and forward-thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Team player mindset with a focus on collaboration.
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
Understanding of accounting and financial processes
