Accountant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant, either a B.COM, MBA, CMA (ICMAP) Qualified professional for Our Haroonabad, Punjab Office, accommodation and food will be provided. The accountant is responsible for managing the company's accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations. This role also involves working closely with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar role. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in financial records.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor budgetary performance against actual results.

3. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.

4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations and strategic initiatives.

7. Audit Support: Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Develop and manage budgeting processes, offering insights for cost control

Qualifications:

- B. Com, MBA, CMA (ICMAP) Qualified.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
