We are now expanding with a new BPO division aimed at delivering cost-effective, professional accounting services tailored to the needs of aviation parts trading companies. Our goal is to help our clients reduce their operational costs while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance. We utilize Quantum Control software to streamline inventory and financial processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As an accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our clients' financial operations, particularly in the US aviation sector. Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing invoicing, payments, collections, and vendor reconciliation using Quantum Control.
Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, ensuring compliance with US accounting standards.
Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger: Handling daily bank reconciliations, managing the general ledger, and ensuring timely recording of transactions.
US Tax Compliance: Assisting with sales tax filings, payroll taxes, and other US-related tax matters.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting clients with financial forecasting, budget planning, and variance analysis.
Cost Control and Efficiency: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and advising clients on maximizing profitability through process improvement.
Vendor and Customer Account Reconciliation: Ensuring timely reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the aviation or logistics sectors.
Familiarity with US accounting standards and tax laws is essential.
Proficiency with Quantum Control software or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
