Account Project Manager

The Visuals Lab is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager/Account Manager to join our growing video editing agency. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, oversee project timelines, and ensure seamless collaboration between team members to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing any questions or concerns.

- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of video projects, from initial briefings to final delivery. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Task Allocation: Work closely with the editing team to assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure editors meet deadlines.

- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on all deliverables before sending them to clients, ensuring the work aligns with the client’s expectations and The Visuals Lab’s standards.

- Timeline and Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement project timelines, track milestones, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.

- Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the course of a project, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.

- Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided, collecting feedback to improve future projects.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a creative or video production agency.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion, or similar platforms).

- A basic understanding of video production processes is a plus.
