Description:
Responsibilities
1. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and allocation of resources effectively.
2. Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the accurate maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring proper classification and timely updating of financial transactions.
3. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments, as well as processing vendor payments accurately.
4. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of bank statements and internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
5. Payment Processing: Handle the processing of all payments, including supplier invoices, utility bills, and other expenses, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
6. Payroll and Salary Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate salary calculations, timely payments to employees, and proper maintenance of payroll records, including deductions and taxes.[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities. Use gender-neutral, inclusive language.]

Qualifications
Education: B. Com / M.Com / ACMA
Skills: Highly skilled in MS Excel, knowledge of SECP regulation and Taxation is a must.
