Account Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
