Description:
Sehat Medical Devices Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage company expenses and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, banks, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filing tax returns.
- Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
