Account Manager

Trango Tech Pakistan, a subsidiary of Eplanet Global Pakistan, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and achieving monthly revenue targets ranging from USD 7,000 to 10,000. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver cutting-edge app solutions, ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and provide clients with regular performance updates to maintain transparency and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and drive revenue growth by meeting monthly targets of USD 7,000–10,000.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, and marketing) to ensure successful delivery of app solutions.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates on performance, timelines, and milestones to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering expert advice, handling inquiries promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in mobile app development, SaaS, or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development, monetization strategies, and user acquisition tactics.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage client expectations effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
