Description:
As a UI/UX Design Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of UI/UX design projects. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, in English are essential as you will be responsible for crafting persuasive proposals and engaging in clear and effective communication with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for our international clients on Upwork. Understand their design needs, business objectives, and project requirements to deliver tailor-made UI/UX solutions.
- Proposal Writing: Create compelling and well-structured project proposals that outline design strategies, deliverables, timelines, and budget considerations. Craft proposals that effectively address client pain points and highlight our unique value proposition.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure seamless project execution. Clearly communicate client expectations, project goals, and design visions to internal teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industries and design preferences. Proactively address concerns and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the delivered UI/UX designs align with client expectations and agency standards. Perform thorough quality checks and revisions to guarantee the highest level of design excellence.
- Market Research: Stay informed about the latest UI/UX design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients, positioning our agency as an industry leader.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and compile performance reports to demonstrate the value and impact of our design solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the UI/UX design industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients.
- Strong ability to craft persuasive and well-structured project proposals that address client needs and highlight our expertise.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, fostering trust and confidence.
- Familiarity with the Upwork platform and remote work dynamics.
- A portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design work and relevant client interactions is a plus.
