Account Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Kodestra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing leads and managing follow-ups, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. This role requires proficiency in using CRMs and managing sales pipelines effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Close leads generated by the sales team through effective communication and negotiation.

• Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients to nurture relationships and address any concerns.

• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing deals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.

• Analyze sales metrics and provide reports to management on performance and areas for improvement.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.

• Strong understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools.
