Account Executive

 

Description:

We are Hiring Accounts Executive at NECSOLS.

 

Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Handle accounts receivable activities, such as invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Executive or similar position.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
