We are Hiring Accounts Executive at NECSOLS.
Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Handle accounts receivable activities, such as invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Executive or similar position.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
