Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to support sales initiatives and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the Sales Manager and Sales Director.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
