As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by interacting with potential customers who have expressed interest in products or services. Your main responsibilities will include answering inquiries, providing product information and demos, and ultimately closing sales deals, building sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and potential customers to understand their needs and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
- Lead efforts in business development, engaging with B2B clients globally to drive sales in the professional services domain
- Outreach on LinkedIn to book meetings
- Cold calling to build pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-ups and efficient conversion of opportunities into sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company's products
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
