We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Client Service Department. This is a senior role focused on managing and strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional campaign results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client objectives, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions to achieve their goals.
Campaign Execution
- Lead the development and execution of 360-degree advertising campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creative and strategic approaches to client briefs.
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, contributing to increased revenue.
- Bring value to processes by identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, nurturing talent and encouraging professional growth.
Strategic Insight
- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior, integrating insights into client strategies.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, impactful ideas for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Expertise
- 5-6 years of experience in client servicing roles within an advertising agency.
- Proven track record of executing and delivering multiple 360-degree campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
