Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Support Coordinator at ibex in the Lahore office. The Academic Support Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service:
o Respond to customers professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints
o Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
o Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests. Ideally, aim for First Contact Resolution (FCR)
o Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
o Enhance organisation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
They will ensure smooth communication and interaction with internal and external stakeholders, providing assistance and support as needed.
Job Specifications:
o Minimum Bachelor’s degree
o Call center experience (Mandatory)
o Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
o 0.6 - 1 year of teaching & coordinator experience with a reputable school
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Experience in case management and customer service
o Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
o Attention to detail and ability to multitask
o Ability to work effectively in a team
o Relevant educational degree i.e.: B.Ed/M.Ed will be a plus thing
