Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform the complete hiring process for each project, updating hires about project protocols, and ensuring timely delivery.

2. Address Team inquiries related to company policies, benefits, and procedures whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.

3. Manage the performance of the team by taking periodic progress updates on the project, communicating with the HR Manager, and ensuring high-quality and timely submission of academic projects tailored to client requirements.

4. Handle payroll management, ensuring timely payments and accurate data collection.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Candidate should possess a Master’s degree or at least be enrolled in one.

2. Preferably engineering students.
