Academic Counsellor

As an Academic Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in seamlessly providing the right Dot & Line tutor to parents that engage with our platform. This includes managing interested leads, scheduling engaging demos, and following up with parents. You'll provide insightful weekly updates on class performance and collaborate with teachers to enhance their impact. Your work includes conducting dynamic orientation sessions, analyzing user behavior for tech improvements, and facilitating smooth student transfers. You'll also gather and analyze feedback from teacher surveys and help launch exciting seasonal programs. Join us in making a difference in the world of education!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Nurturing & Management: Track and manage leads across channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the website (system-generated, Contact Us, Assist Me), handling demo scheduling and providing daily reports.
• Demo Reminders & Follow-ups: Send reminders and follow up with parents post-demo on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Teacher & Parent Support: Address inquiries related to enrollment, scheduling, and issues.
• Reporting : Provide weekly updates and stats on class quality and marketing insights to all relevant stakeholders.

What We'd Love to See

• Experience in lead nurturing and customer service is preferred.

• Comfortable using social media platforms.
