Description:

UOL Relief, a dedicated project of the University of Lahore, is hiring an Academic Coordinator to oversee academic programs for Matric and Intermediate levels. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of education in schools and colleges adopted by UOL Relief in Gilgit-Baltistan.

The Academic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering educational excellence by supporting teachers, implementing policies, and monitoring academic progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high school and college academic operations, coupled with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic programs and curricula for Matric and Intermediate levels.
• Ensure the effective implementation of educational policies and standards.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Monitor student performance and collaborate with teachers to enhance outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments of academic programs to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with UOL Relief’s adopted schools and colleges in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in academic coordination, particularly for Matric and Intermediate streams.
• Strong understanding of academic policies, teaching methodologies, and operational strategies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to Gilgit-Baltistan for academic oversight and development.
