Description:

We are looking for skilled 3D Modelers and 3D Artists to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating optimized, realistic environments and models for use in extended-reality immersive applications. You will work closely with the development team to bring virtual worlds to life while ensuring performance and technical standards. Please read the job description and the subject of the mail should mention the desired position (Senior or Mid). Please only apply if you are a 3D Modeler and located in Lahore. This is a hybrid job where you can work remotely but you have to visit the office 2 days a week when required.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed and realistic 3D models using Blender or other industry-standard tools.

Optimize 3D models for performance, including creating LODs (Levels of Detail)

Design and set up engaging levels and maps for virtual environments

Work directly in Unity to integrate and test 3D assets within the engine.

Develop and manage texture maps and atlases to ensure efficient rendering.

Please make sure all assets meet technical requirements and project standards.

Continuously improve and refine models and levels based on feedback and evolving project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating optimized assets for VR/AR environments.

Proficiency in working with Unity for asset integration and testing.

Proficiency with tools like Gaia Pro and GeNa Pro for terrain and level design.

Strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D models, textures, and optimized models with LODs.

Expertise in lighting and light mapping workflows, particularly in Unity.

Experience with post-processing effects and workflows to enhance the visual fidelity of environments
