Kashif Riaz & Associates (KRA) is actively hiring a skilled and experienced 2D and 3D Draftsman to join its team at the DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for talented individuals with a strong command over AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting and modeling software.

As a Draftsman, you will play a vital role in producing precise working drawings, realistic 3D models, and high-quality renderings for architectural and design projects. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers will be essential to ensure that designs meet both internal standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D working drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Create accurate 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max, SketchUp, and similar software.
• Produce high-quality renderings for client presentations and project submissions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet design requirements.
• Revise and update drawings and models based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Ensure all work is delivered in line with company standards, project timelines, and client expectations.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, models, and project files for future reference.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a professional drafting and design role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other drafting/modeling software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and technical drawing principles.
• Ability to produce detailed working drawings, realistic 3D models, and photorealistic renderings.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or sample work showcasing 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings is required with the application.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with additional design software such as Revit or Lumion is a plus.
• Prior experience working in architectural or engineering firms will be advantageous.
